There’s a bridge in Pittsburgh named after Roberto Clemente, one of the greatest baseball players of all time. This bridge leads to PNC Park, home of the legendary Pittsburgh Pirates.
On days the Pirates play the bridge is closed to traffic so fans can walk across the bridge to watch their favorite team play. A statue of Clemente greets you as you enter this amazing, state-of-the-art baseball stadium.
When you stay at Town Place you’re so close to America’s pastime you can almost smell the hot dogs and popcorn.
PNC Park also hosts many concerts and special events throughout the year.
